Example project of a multiphysics application. A Static and a Frequency analyses are used to determine the structural behavior of the assembly. Then, a conjugate heat transfer analysis will determine the thermal behavior of the cooling process of the motor.

This is an example project using the Subsonic solver for high pressure hydrogen valve.

This example demonstrates how to setup a high pressure hydrogen case using both the Perfect/Ideal gas model and the Real Gas model, which is achieved through tabular upload of density and specific enthalpy as a function of pressure/temperature.

Shelf loading example

The aim is to design a shelf that can withstand certain amount of load.

Failure in this case can be assessed  by either:
(1.) Assessing the maximum stresses developed on the plastic shelf versus different loading conditions
(2.) Checking whether shelf bending might lead large deformations such that the shelf might fall off the mounts

This is a sample project showing how to perform a bolt preload analysis on a bolted flange model.  
For this particular project, sweep mesh controls are utilized, in order to create better quality elements ensuring low total node count.

The project consists of a 45deg flange segment simulation as well as the full flange simulation model.

Thermomechanical analysis of a cast iron exhaust manifold

Validation of the performance of a centrifugal pump with the Subsonic analysis type, automatic pump curve generation and transient analysis.

This project simulates a solid-state relay under a 15W heat load. 
This relay includes a heat sink that acts as a fixture from the relay housing to the mounting wall. The product is tested under natural convection conditions at 20C.
