This is a copy of the project Thermal analysis of heat sink LED for testing and learning purposes. If there is interest to copy the project, please copy the original one since this one may have bad or wrong mesh and simulation settings and therefore should not be used.This project shows the thermal analysis of a LED with Insulated Metal Substrate - IMS - mounted on different heat sinks.
