Determine the temperature and heat flux distribution over a heat sink made up of Aluminium alloy whose base is attached on the CPU which is releasing heat flux at the rate of 2000 W/m2. In order to cool it a cooler booster fan blows air for which convective film heat transfer coefficient of 20 W/m2-K is maintained.
