Static Analysis I-beam

About this project

Create the simulation and select the 'Static' analysis type for this simulation. Set the material of the beam as 'Steel' and apply a fixed support boundary condition at one of the end face of the beam. Apply a 1 kN force at the other end of the beam in the -z direction. Run the simulation without changing mesh settings and answer the questions in this assessment.
