Not able to make internal flow zone

I am trying to simulate dyson fan model. below is my project link. and I am not able to make internal flow zone. I need help

Hi there, welcome to the SimScale forum!

I can see that you were able to create an internal flow region:

But it does not connect to the top part. This is most likely because the upper and lower inner cavities are not connected (separated by solid region). Please go back to your CAD and make sure that it actually is connected, then you will be able to create the internal flow region.
