CFD multi-region mesh error

Hello,

I have been trying for the past 3 days to run a CFD analysis of a nebulizer (medical devices that are used to treat respiratory diseases). I keep on getting a mesh generation error (“multi-region mesh is created instead of a single one”). It is a complex assembly so I tried to simply it. I also tried the region refinement but still got the the same error message.

I saw all replies about this problem and i tried,but i dont think we found the solution for this problem,
if any one can look and try with my project ,will see this!!!
Are there other suggestions?

You need to create a single internal volume—the space occupied by the air—and remove all physical parts in order to run the simulation.
