We welcomed more talented new faces to SimScale this year, and together, we continued to foster a culture of innovation and support. Growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about individuals contributing their unique strengths to help us achieve collective goals. From engineering and product development to sales, marketing, and operations, every team member plays a vital role in driving our mission forward. Seeing diverse perspectives come together to solve challenges and achieve results is always inspiring and rewarding.
“Since joining the company seven months ago as an IT administrator, I have had the privilege of being welcomed into a team that truly feels like a family. From the very first day, I have witnessed a culture of collaboration, support, and shared commitment to a single, overarching goal: to provide our customers with the best possible service.
As a junior member of the team, I have been fortunate to experience immense support from my senior colleagues, especially within the IT department. We continued to push the boundaries of cloud-based simulation, helping engineers solve real-world problems faster and more efficiently. This year saw the launch of new features and enhancements that make our platform even more powerful and user-friendly. From improved workflows to expanded simulation capabilities, these updates have enabled engineers to design better, smarter, and more sustainable solutions. We also made strides in improving the user experience, ensuring that both seasoned professionals and new users can unlock the full potential of simulation. The increasing adoption of our platform across industries is a testament to its value in transforming design and engineering processes.

This year, we’ve seen tremendous progress in supporting sustainable solutions through simulation. Our team and customers have collaborated on projects that reduce environmental impact, optimize energy usage, and contribute to a greener future. From designing energy-efficient buildings to improving the performance of sustainable transportation, the possibilities with simulation are endless.
“As part of SimScale’s ESG team, I’ve seen how we train, incentivize, and implement sustainable practices across the organization—whether in the office or for remote team members. This ensures that wherever we work, we’re contributing to a shared goal of reducing our environmental footprint.
In my role as a Solutions Engineer, I work closely with AEC customers who use SimScale to design for sustainability—whether it’s optimizing buildings for energy efficiency, improving comfort, or developing low-impact HVAC systems. Considering the traditionally high energy use in the AEC industry, it’s inspiring to see our tools drive greener, more efficient solutions and be part of the movement to reduce environmental impact.”
