Anwar has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Haramaya Institute of Technology, Ethiopia. He is currently working as Technology Transfer and Training Officer in Ministry of Mine, Petroleum and Natural Gas of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia.
